Mr. Mohamed Saeed Moosa Wajudhee

Mohamed Saeed Moosa Wajudhee features among the most decorated and respected contemporary journalists in the Maldives. His 35 year career in the field involved senior editorial posts in numerous popular local dailies and magazines. Amond  his accolades are the “Golden Pen” recognision in 1993, the “National Award of Recognision for Services to Journalism” in 2009, as well as the “Platinum Pen” for excellence in the field in 2018.

Wajudhee also served as a teacher for many years, as well as working in both the President’s Office and the Environment Ministry. A passionate photographer and environmentalist, he documents and promotes conservation efforts across the country. He joins the MOPA team to impart his knowledge and experience, and is keen to roll out stakeholder-driven projects in the atolls.
